Step – by – step guide
This page is designed to take you through the process from when you first contact
us to when you get your completed DVD/Blu-
Step 1 -
Contact us by email (see contact page) or phone (numbers). The first things to discuss are dates and availability. If all is well the next thing is to meet face to face.
Step 2 -
This will provide us an opportunity to listen to what you want from us. This is very
important as we need to understand if you have got a ‘picture’ in your mind of what
you want. Before the meeting, it is a good idea to think about a selection of music
you would like overlaying the various chapters of your DVD/ Blu-
We will then explain the various packages and prices to you and also show you examples
of our work. If you want to book your wedding video or photography at this point,
you can fill in a booking form and place a deposit of £200.00 to secure the date.
We will then contact you nearer the event to arrange a pre-
Step 3 -
We will get to the event location at least an hour and a half before the event is due to start to setup, take establishing shots, and record the arrival of your guests. Throughout the event we endeavour to remain as unobtrusive as possible.
Step 4 -
We will complete the editing of your video/photos and provide you with the DVD/Blu-
